	we source all of our potatoes locally in East Anglia to reduce food miles
	we use the whole potato in our cooking process
	once we're done roasting, our used cooking oil is converted into aviation fuel
	most of our packaging is currently recyclable, and we're working on it all being recyclable in the near future
	no waste that leaves our factory goes to landfill
	all our boxes are FSC certified & recyclable
	all energy at our factory is renewable, we'll have 250 solar panels by the end of 2025
